What does TH3P actually mean?
It's the highest protection class under EN 12941 for powered air-purifying welding helmets, indicating the lowest permitted inward leakage. It applies to the helmet and blower as a tested system, which is how this package is supplied.

How long does a filter last in the A70 range?
It depends entirely on fume load. The two-stage design uses a pre-filter to extend main filter life, and the unit's alerts warn you of restricted airflow before protection is compromised. Replacement P3 main filters and pre-filters are stocked here.
